For this Phoenix Kessaku project, our clients, NRIs with a love for bold design, challenged us to craft something unique and unlike anything typically seen in Bangalore. Inspired by Art Deco with contemporary influences, the
entire process—from concept to execution—was managed online, reflecting their trust in us.
We sourced 90% of the materials locally, ensuring sustainability and avoiding European imports. Despite the challenges of tight timelines, restricted work hours in the apartment complex, and a six-month deadline, we delivered a seamless and efficient workflow. Every detail was meticulously curated, and the final outcome
mirrored our renders to perfection.
